More details for the coming month about how we're gonna keep you moving, no matter where you are: the return of FGF@Home, LIVE virtual classes, and more!
Starting Monday (3/30), live virtual workouts will move away from social media. We will transition to a private platform many of you are probably familiar with, called Zoom. Zoom will allow you to see and interact with all the other attendees, as well as the Coach, {almost} like being in a real class! Whether you are a current FGF member, or just found us on Instagram, we'd LOVE to have you join us!
All paying members will also receive a PDF version of all the workouts. These PDFs include (for each day) a warm-up and cool down, leveling options, plus direction, instruction, and “pro tips” from your coaches. Instructions for accessing these PDFs are included on your emailed receipt when you purchase a Virtual Membership to join us for April (details below). The PDFs are yours to keep FOREVER, including the 2 weeks we already completed on social media!
With the current Stay Home orders, we had to cancel our Outdoor Meet-ups, but YOU are still able to get outside, and we encourage you to do so as much as possible! Walk, jog, run, hike, just get out there...but maintain the 6' social distancing. Plus, the PDFs you get include a #FGFOutsideSweat option every weekend!

With either option, you will still need to register for the class in the MINDBODY app, and then choose the Pricing Option you would like. The Drop-In simply gives you access to attend the Live Class for which you register (you will receive an email with the link to join the Zoom meeting). The Virtual Only Membership gives you access to ALL the live classes for the entire month of April, as well as the PDFs for the 5 weeks of April and the 2 weeks we already did on social media.
As soon as we possibly can, following the guidance of the CDC, the governor, and local health officials. Based on the information available right now, we still hope and anticipate being able to reopen in a limited capacity sometime mid-April. The week of April 13th is optimistic, the 20th seems more likely.
At minimum, we will continue through the end of April, even after we’re able to reopen because we anticipate that reopening initially will be in a limited capacity. We understand that limited capacity will not serve all of you, and we want to make sure you still have a valuable option. Plus, we're introducing that Virtual Only Membership for the month! We may, however, have to adjust the times for the virtual live classes depending on our reopening schedule, but we will still have at least 1/day.
